By using BeforeAfter.Beauty and any related website, order flow, digital delivery, or support channel (the Service), you agree to these Terms of Service. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and updated Terms become effective when posted on this website.

Eligibility and use of the service

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any photo you submit. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

Online payments safety

The information you enter, such as your email address and bank card details, is treated as confidential. Your credit card information is not seen by us in full and is only available to our payment provider. Our payment provider protects and processes bank card information according to the latest PCI DSS security standards applicable to that provider.

Shipping, refunds, and privacy

BeforeAfter.Beauty provides digital products only. Your result photos are made available for download instantly after payment and fulfillment, and we also send the result images to the email address you provide on the order page. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. We do not ship printed photo products at this time.

If the after photo made by us is incorrect, we will refund 100% of your payment for that order. Refund requests should include enough information for us to identify the order and review the issue.

We collect only the information strictly necessary to provide the service, including your photo and email address. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your photographs. We do not give away or sell your images to any third party, except that we may transfer your photo images to AI service providers such as OpenAI or Google AI Studio when needed to provide the service. We may also use Google Analytics to track site visits.

All text, images, HTML code, scripts, or data available on this website (Content) is copyrighted work of BeforeAfter.beauty or its suppliers. Copying and redistribution of any Content is expressly prohibited except where mandatory law permits otherwise.

Disclaimer

BeforeAfter.Beauty does not make any specific promises about the Service. For example, we do not make any commitments about the specific functions of the Service, its reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs, or that a result of your beauty procedure will match our photo. We provide the Service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.

Limitation of liability

You explicitly agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Third-party services

The Service may depend on third-party providers for payment processing, image generation, hosting, analytics, and email delivery. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or acts or omissions of third-party providers except as required by law.

Governing provisions

These Terms apply to the use of the Service and remain in effect while you use it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.
