Refund Policy

BeforeAfter.Beauty offers digital image processing services. If the after photo created by us is incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund of 100% of the amount paid for the affected order.

To request a refund, contact support and include your order number and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional details needed to identify the order and review the result.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method via our payment provider. Processing times after approval may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

A refund applies only to the order for which the incorrect after photo was produced. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
